How NortheastMart works
NortheastMart brings Northeast shops in your city together in one place, so you can find Northeast food, crafts and more, and order from the shop online.
You order from the shop
Every product is sold by a shop listed here, shown as "Sold by …" on the product. Your order goes straight to that shop. The shop checks stock (and weights for things sold by the kilo) and confirms your order.
You pay the shop directly
After the shop confirms, you pay the shop by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app). The money goes to the shop's own UPI ID, and your payment app shows the shop's name. NortheastMart does not take payments and will never ask you to pay it. The bill comes from the shop.
Delivery
The shop sends your order, usually by Porter or Uber, or with its own delivery. Most shops ask you to pay the delivery charge to the rider when it arrives; some add it to the bill. Each shop says which on its page and at checkout.
Questions about an order
Talk to the shop: every shop and order page has a WhatsApp button. For changes, refunds or anything about the products, the shop decides, because the sale is between you and the shop.
Run a Northeast shop?
Shops list their products, get orders with the customer's address and delivery time, and are paid by customers directly.
